Refund Policy

Every picture and invite we make is made to order for you. This policy explains when we refund.

When you get a full refund

• We cannot deliver your order: the build fails and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You cancel before we start making your order.

When there is no refund

Once your picture or invite has been delivered, it is not refundable.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment, with the email address on your account and your order details.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Etsy purchases

If you bought on Etsy, your refund is made through Etsy, under the same rules.
